INTERNSHIP PROGRAM INTRODUCTION

The International Business Internship provides students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in:

Market research
Business development
HR & employment services
Marketing strategies

Interns work closely with our Indian team in Bengaluru while contributing to strategies for market expansion into Portugal and Lithuania.

LOCATIONS & DURATION

Location: Bengaluru, India
Duration: 1–2 months (flexible, alternative arrangements considered)
Mode: In-office internship

INTERNSHIP SCOPE & FOCUS

Portugal Market Internship
- Research and analyze Indian vs. Portuguese employment markets
- Identify opportunities and synergies for HR services in Portugal
- Develop targeted marketing and expansion plans
- Support Vandey’s India–Portugal business strategy
Qualifications:
- Native fluency in Portuguese & strong English proficiency
- MBA (final-year student or recent graduate)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Lithuania Market Internship
- Research and analyze Indian vs. Lithuanian employment markets
- Develop targeted expansion strategies for Lithuania
- Highlight strengths of Indian HR services for Lithuanian businesses
- Contribute to Vandey’s India–Lithuania business strategy
Qualifications:
- Native fluency in Lithuanian & strong English proficiency
- MBA (final-year student or recent graduate)
- Strong analytical and cultural navigation skills

STIPEND & ALLOWANCE

Amount: €500
Payment Schedule: Last working day of each month
Mode of Payment: Cash

AMENITIES & PROVISIONS

Travel: International travel (home country to India and return) covered by Vandey
Visa: Assistance and procurement of required Indian visa

- Shared housing for 2–3 interns
- Private bedroom + shared kitchen & living spaces
