Initial Process:

Step 1: Email Request: The applicant must first send an email to either Vandana (Vandana@vandey.in) or Chaithra (Chaithra@vandey.in). This email should include approval from the applicant’s manager or management, confirming their request.

Step 2: Email Response: Once the email is received, Vandey Ops team will reply within 24 hours.

Step 3: Email Content: An email will be sent by Vandey Ops team which will include Official Visa form link and hard copy of original documents.

    • List of documents required:
    • Covering letter: (Hard copy): A letter from your employer or sponsoring company detailing.
      • Your role and purpose of the visit
      • Dates of travel (starting and end date)
      • Contact details of the company/organization in Israel
    • Invitation letter (Hebrew/English): A letter from a client in Israel inviting you for business purposes. This letter should include:
      • Details about the hosting company
      • Purpose of the visit
      • Duration of stay
      • Any meetings or events planned
    • Passport: Valid for at least 6 months (9 months recommended), with 2 blank pages. Submit ALL PASSPORT (current/old/cancelled/expired/special).
    • Financial Documents:
      1. Bank Statement: A bank statement for the last 6 months.
      2. Salary Slips: Salary slips for the last 3-6 months (depending on the consulate’s requirements).
      3. Tax Returns or Financial Statements: For salaried employees or business owners.
    • Attach 2 Photographs (5.5 cm x 5.5 cm, white background)
    • Photocopy of Aadhaar card (Photo copy)
    • PAN Card (Photo copy)
    • Incorporation & GST Certificate (of company).
    • Proof of Occupation:
      • Self-employed: Proof of ownership or partnership deed.
      • Employed: Salary slips for the past 3 months or an employment confirmation letter from HR.
    • Visa Application Form: A completed visa application form, signed by the applicant. You can download it from the official Israeli consulate website or apply online, depending on your location.

Step 4: Israel Business E-Visa Application: The applicant must SUBMIT the Israel Business Visa form by visiting the official website (https://blr.israelvisa.in/online/onlinevisaform.aspx) and download the copy of the submitted form.

Step5: Vandey’s role: Vandey provides:

    • Travel Booking (which is used only for visa process).
    • Travel Medical Insurance.

Step 6: Pay Visa Fees: The Applicant/Client will be responsible for the costs related to the Israel Visa application. Make sure to visit the consulate’s website for the exact fee and accepted payment methods.

Step 7: Applicant should submit the hard copy of application form along with all the original document to Vandey’s Ops team (Vandey will arrange the pickup of the documents).

Step 8: Submission of the documents: Vandey/Vendor will submit the documents at the Visa Office.

After Process:

  1. Receiving the Visa Update:
    • Once the application is submitted, applicant will receive an update on the visa status within 15 to 20 business days.
    • If any additional documents or information are needed, the consulate will reach out to you.
  2. Updates: After submission, updates will be shared via email by the official visa website based on their processing timeline.
  3. Receive the Visa: The visa office will send the passport along with the visa (if granted) to the applicant via post (The applicant must notify Vandey about the receipt of the post via email).

Additional Tips:

  • Apply Early: Begin the process at least 4-5 weeks prior to your planned travel date to ensure sufficient time for document processing.
  • Visa Duration: Israeli business visas are usually valid for 30 days, though an extended validity may be granted based on specific circumstances.
