    • Transition of Employees from a current Employer of Record (EOR) to Vandey’s EOR Services
    • Market Entry and Business Development

  • Vandey assesses customer requirements and provides anticipated availability, feasibility, and timelines for the specific business goals of customer.

Proposal Plan & Agreement

  • Vandey collaborates with the customer to build a plan together based on:
    • Budget
    • Timeline
  • Vandey drafts commercial terms of the proposal & shares the contract agreement with the customers.

Deal Closure & Execution

  • Once the agreement is signed, Vandey and the customer work closely to implement the mutually agreed upon plan.
  • Customer is assigned a dedicated account manager post sign off to ensure seamless onboarding and serve as a single point of contact.
