  3. Shares the offer letter and employment agreement with customer for approval
  4. Shares approved offer letter with candidate
  5. Helps close offer, confirms notice period and resignation letter from candidate
  6. Sends final employment agreement to candidate.

  • Initiate Onboarding Requirements:
  1. IT purchase, if necessary
  2. Real; Estate office space selection if necessary
  3. Any welcome kits, if customer wants to provide it
